Lucidi Pevere

Paolo Lucidi (1974) Luca Pevere (1977). Graduated at the Politecnico di Milano in Industrial Design. They collaborated with very important design studios in Milan working directly on projects for many Italian companies. They started to sign their first projects together since 2003. In 2006 they founded in Milan the LucidiPevere design studio. They have designed for several companies, facing various sectors including furniture, lighting, tableware, bathroom and others. Some of the brands they are working with are: De Padova, Zanotta, Gebrüder Thonet Vienna, Agape, Ligne Roset, Foscarini, Kristalia, Living Divani, Normann Copenhagen, Very Wood, Emu, Casamania, DeCastelli, La Cividina, Teracrea.

Their products have been included in European and U.S. Museums and they participated to several Italian and foreign exhibitions; there are many publications in books and trade journals. They always try to deal with new types of products by working with companies, different countries and cultures; they are constantly looking for the right aesthetic expression of the material they are working with. 
Among the awards received: Good Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, “Young&Design”, “Maniago Design” Award, Interior Innovation Award, Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany. Now the LucidiPevere Design Studio is based in Udine. In 2009 - 2010 they participated in Polish Industry first an International Design Competition Future Classics. Their prototype of Palafitte sofa was one of the winners of the competition by the jury consisting of among others Patricia Urquiola. In 2010 Palafitte sofa set was implemented to the production by Comforty and furtherly developed in 2014.
