Anderssen & Voll

Former Norway Says Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll are leading Norwegian designers who established Oslo based Anderssen&Voll studio in 2009. Anderssen&Voll work within various fields of design but focus on the domestic objects. Design at A&V means being receptive to cultural and market trends, and applying this knowledge in forward-thinking ways to generate groundbreaking and desirable products. The main objective of the company was to design furniture, but today, the company’s activity extends to lighting, textiles and table accessories.

A&V received several awards including (Wallpaper Award, IF Award, Honorary Award for Best Design in Norway In 2009 -2010 they participated in Polish Industry first an International Design Competition, Future Classics by the jury consisting of among others Patricia Urquiola. The competition was announced by the Polish leading upholstery furniture brand Comforty. Within the competition’s project Anderssen&Voll developed Mark prototype, which was developed as a product by Comforty in 2011. Since 2011 the designers bacame a well-established and renown, highly professional design studio with a wide portfoglio of recognized and iconic products designed for the leading, international brands and manufactures.
