Genesis and inspirations
With ideal proportions, this design manifests all the special features of this collection: solid steel legs with interesting details and the gently rounded distinctive tabletop veneered with natural oak with a supermatt finish. The steel legs with a hexagonal section, a signature element of the entire collection, are emphasised in this design to increase the decorative quality. The table also features an interesting structural detail: a unique connection between the legs and the tabletop. Justified in functional terms, it also adds a beautiful sculptural accent.
The tabletop edges are made of solid wood, which makes them resistant to chipping and facilitates future conservation of the table. As of 2022, Anvil is also available in a more economical tabletop option with straight edges. This variant can be ordered with a durable laminate finish.
The gateleg version is equipped with a certified and reliable Pöttker brand mechanism.
The base is available in the colours from the RAL palette and Comforty’s sand structure Sahara finishing collection, in pearl brass and rust. The tabletops come with natural veneers from the Comforty collection, and can also be varnished in the RAL palette colours.
Aside from veneered versions, tabletops with a straight edge are also available in the palette of certified durable laminates.
