Unlike most of our sofas, the development of this product began from a corner arrangement, and achieving an effortless and foolproof unfolding method was at the heart of the debate about the form. The classic 2.5-seat sofa came later. The final effect is not a matter of compromise. This design holds a modern yet timeless allure, offering impeccable comfort and an original added value. Genesis and inspirations
The visually flawless and delicately quilted seat is tightly filled with Bonell vertical springs and high-resilience foam. The comfort offered by this composition is comparable to that of a mattress.
Loose backrest cushions rest on the sofa’s solid, geometrical base. With a profiled angle, they contain foam cores for improved stability, while softness comes from a layer of down. The final character of the sofa can be individually shaped by adding extra throw pillows in any way we please.
Swing graces the interior with its timeless but modern form in every arrangement and function, looking perfect both when folded and when unfolded. An interesting and distinctive accent, wooden veneered legs run along the shorter sides of the sofa.
The model is offered in two sizes. In the shorter version, sleeping space is created by adding a pouffe with a position lock to the shorter side. When unfolded, the longer variant reveals a piece of the wooden base, ideal for a night light, a book, or any other odds and ends. When left unfolded, the sofa becomes an intriguing asymmetrical bed. By choosing the size of the corner side, we automatically determine the size of naturally veneered surfaces. Up for grabs is a whole range of oak and exotic veneers from our collection.
The set is complete with cushions, which allow for regulating the comfort of the backrest. With its compact and solid silhouette, this 2.5-seat sofa aptly references art deco furniture design classics. The loose composition of the cushions adds lightness and prevents the sofa from becoming an overdominant feature of the interior, which it graces instead with a high dose of comfort and original details.
